Lynn, Jackson, Shultz & Lebrun, P.C. is pleased to announce that Drew Skjoldal, an attorney in our Spearfish office, has been elected to the Board of Bar Commissioners for the State Bar of South Dakota. The Board of Bar Commissioners provides oversight to the various operations of the State Bar, such as finance, public policy, professional standards, member services, and communications. Skjoldal will represent the 4th Circuit, which includes eight counties in western South Dakota, and will serve a three year term.
Skjoldal is an experienced estate planning and transactional attorney, specializing in the areas of estate planning, probate, trust administration, real estate, and commercial transactions. Skjoldal was awarded the 2019 Great Plains Super Lawyers® Rising Star and is active in the Spearfish community, and in various clubs and organizations.
Skjoldal earned his undergraduate degree from Black Hills State University and his law degree from Northern Kentucky University – Salmon P. Chase College of Law.
