The Spearfish office of Lynn Jackson welcomed Spencer R. Prosen in September 2021. Spencer is a recent graduate of Willamette University College of Law in Salem, Oregon. Spencer is part of the Firm’s litigation group and assists clients in all aspects of litigation in cases involving personal injury, breach of contract, construction, insurance coverage and bad faith claims.
