Gabriele Sayaloune
Gabby is part of the firm’s estate planning practice group. She focuses her practice on estate planning, Guardianships and conservatorships, trusts, and probates. She is licensed to practice law in all states and federal courts in South Dakota. Gabby joined Lynn Jackson in 2024.
Gabby grew up in central Nebraska. After graduating high school in 2015, she attended Chadron State College where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree. Gabby majored in Criminal Justice with a minor in Legal Studies and Psychology. While in college, Gabby met her husband, Vonsinh, and together they fell in love with the Black Hills. From there, she attended and received her J.D. from the USD Knudson School of Law in 2023. During law school, Gabby served on the Board of the Environmental Law Society, as well as the Administrative Law Committee. She was an RD Hurd Society participant, completing more than 60 hours of pro-bono work during law school. She was also a 2023 Tripp Fellow, which recognizes student professional and personal excellence. Gabby’s greatest accomplishment during law school was welcoming her first son, Neko, who quickly became a fan favorite amongst her peers.
Following graduation, Gabby served as a law clerk for the South Dakota Third Judicial Circuit. She is focusing her practice on estate planning in the Rapid City office. She is licensed in South Dakota and Nebraska.
In her spare time Gabby enjoys being outdoors with her husband, two sons, and two dogs. She is excited to explore everything the Black Hills have to offer with her family.
