Michael F. Nadolski
Mike Nadolski is a litigator at Lynn Jackson, with a great deal of experience in planning and zoning contests and issues. Mike also assists our renewable energy clients and represents clients in commercial, construction, real estate, and probate disputes. He is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in South Dakota.
Mike grew up in Iowa and graduated from the University of Iowa in 1991. After serving as a United States Peace Corps Volunteer, Mike moved to the Sioux Falls area, where he worked at Children’s Home Society. Mike then attended law school at the University of South Dakota, graduating in 2001. Mike began his legal career as a prosecutor for the Lincoln County State’s Attorney, and later became the Chief Civil Deputy for Lincoln County, where he remained for 16 years. He joined Lynn Jackson in 2019.
Mike serves on the Board of Directors for Southeastern Behavioral Health. He is a member of the South Dakota, Second Circuit, and American Bar Associations.
