The Firm’s Estate Planning/Trust group is seeking an attorney in its Spearfish office to add to its growing practice area. The Firm’s estate planning and trust attorneys draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, asset protection plans and transition plans for businesses. In addition, attorneys in the Estate Planning group assist clients with guardianships, conservatorships, probates, and trust administration. As part of the Trust group, our attorneys assist clients in creating, modifying, and reforming a variety of trusts.
The ideal candidate for this position will have 5-6 years of experience in these areas, and must be self-motivated, a problem solver, and detail-oriented. Candidates for this position must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be licensed in South Dakota, and be interested in becoming an integral part of the local community of the Northern Black Hills.
