Lynn Jackson is excited to announce Ross M. Wright has become a full equity shareholder in the firm. Ross focuses on personal injury, products liability, and commercial claims. In addition, he handles cases involving environmental law and planning and zoning. He is licensed to practice law in all state and federal courts in South Dakota.

Ross is a native of Pierre, South Dakota, and earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of South Dakota in 2001. He then earned both a law degree and master’s degree from the University of South Dakota in 2004. Ross worked with the Lincoln County State’s Attorney’s Office for over a decade, and joined Lynn Jackson in November 2015.
He is a member of South Dakota Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice, and the South Dakota, Second Circuit, and American Bar Associations.

Lynn Jackson is excited to announce Cassidy M. Stalley has become a full equity shareholder in the firm. Cassidy focuses on civil litigation, and her practice includes representing clients with personal injury, breach of contract, construction, insurance coverage, and bad faith claims. In addition, Cassidy is regularly appointed to represent the interests of children in abuse and neglect proceedings. She is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in South Dakota.

Cassidy is a native of Rapid City. She graduated, magna cum laude, from the University of Mary in Bismarck, North Dakota, and obtained her law degree, with honors, from the University of South Dakota. Cassidy was a judicial clerk for the Second Judicial Circuit of South Dakota. She was in private practice with another firm before joining Lynn Jackson in 2015.

The Rapid City office of Lynn, Jackson, Shultz & Lebrun seeks a full-time Receptionist/Front Office Clerk. In this position, the Receptionist will report to the Office Manager and named managing attorneys of the law firm.

Job Duties

• Responsible for answering switchboard phones, routing phone calls to appropriate offices, and taking messages.
• Maintain documentation of telephone system and making appropriate changes as needed.
• Responsible for pleasantly and professionally greeting all visitors and clients, third parties and vendors.
• Knowledge of the central calendar to appropriately answer questions from the public.
• Maintaining and scheduling conference rooms.
• Maintaining the waiting area, lobby or other public areas.
• Serving water, coffee, etc. to guests.
• Create and maintain various forms for effective correspondence and backup logs
• Perform data entry and general administrative tasks, such as scanning, photocopying, faxing and filing documents.

Lynn, Jackson, Shultz & Lebrun will be reopening offices by appointment only on Monday, July 6th. In light of COVID, and in order to comply with CDC guidelines, all visitors to Lynn Jackson’s offices must comply with the following:

  • All visitors are required to wear a mask in the common areas of our office (waiting area, restrooms) and must bring their own mask.  Masks may be removed once in the conference room, if all in attendance agree.
