Ross is a native of Pierre, South Dakota, and earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of South Dakota in 2001. He then earned both a law degree and master’s degree from the University of South Dakota in 2004. Job Duties
• Responsible for answering switchboard phones, routing phone calls to appropriate offices, and taking messages.
• Maintain documentation of telephone system and making appropriate changes as needed.
• Responsible for pleasantly and professionally greeting all visitors and clients, third parties and vendors.
• Knowledge of the central calendar to appropriately answer questions from the public.

Skjoldal will represent the 4th Circuit, which includes eight counties in western South Dakota, and will serve a three year term.
Skjoldal is an experienced estate planning and transactional attorney, specializing in the areas of estate planning, probate, trust administration, real estate, and commercial transactions. Skjoldal was awarded the 2019 Great Plains Super Lawyers® Rising Star and is active in the Spearfish community, and in various clubs and organizations.
